Processing Your Order
Orders placed on melissaanddroug.online are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and pack your items after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email notification the moment your package is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, it typically arrives within 3-5 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your location.
We partner with trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your purchases safely. The specific carrier for your order will be selected at the time of shipment and will be noted in your tracking information.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your label is created, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 states within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We appreciate your understanding.
