Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be in the condition you received them: unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues. We cannot accept returns for damage caused by use or mishandling.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, simply reach out to our Customer Care team at info@melissaanddroug.online with your order number and a brief note about the issue. Our team is ready to assist you Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are completely free of charge. You will not be charged for return postage, and we do not impose any restocking fees.

Refund Process
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. If the return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please note that after we’ve processed the refund, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
